what started as a passion project of a young high schooler back in 2011, Gorilla Market or GMK was initially born out of the desire to combine the art aesthetic of graffiti letters and urban art style with the cultural lifestyles of action sports and nature. As time moved forward so did the inspirations that developed Gorilla Market to include a wide range of aspects in life to pull from. From the flowing Montana rivers full of plentiful trout to the small train yards and vast rail lines crossing the state. As well as the music influences from hip hop, punk, and folk and bluegrass.
